Though it took me a little while to realise it, my love for graphic design began very early. From a young age, I always focused on the miniscule details, the details that others would miss. I began my artistic journey thinking my calling was photography, but I always found myself incorporating elements of typography. It was only when I was tasked with branding myself in college that I truly realised what my purpose was...to design.
Throughout my degree, I have worked across a diverse range of media (digital and physical). I have developed skills in typography, page architecture, information graphics, UX/UI, motion graphics, branding, etc. Typography and branding are the areas I most excel at, however I am currently expanding my motion graphics abilities in After Effects.
Regardless of my preference for digitial work, I will always have a soft spot for screenprinting. It is such a blessing to be able to create without restraint, dragging ink across a screen and not quite knowing what the result will be.
As well as my love for design, my hobbies include: walking, listening to R&B and soul, and spending time with my cat Fred.
